Europe’s tallest building, Federation Tower takes place in Moscow International Business Center (Moscow City) that combines business activities, living space and entertainment in one single environment.

Federation Tower is a unique engineering structure with a blend of a large structural volume, elegant architecture and ergonomics. Famous world-class architects and consultants have ensured the best practice in delivery of this high-rise building.

The project consists of two towers – Tower East and Tower West – that share common podium. Tower West was delivered and commissioned in 2008. Renaissance Construction joined the project in 2013 and the scope of contract included reinforcement concrete works on the upper floors, mechanical and electrical works.

Upon completion of the construction work, the Federation complex will reach a height of 374 m (95 floors + additional 2 floors). Federation Tower combines classical and innovative design and hosts elite apartments and restaurants, offices and commercial areas.
