Rebuilding of International Airport Adler in Sochi

In April 2008, Austrian company STRABAG AG and Renaissance Construction 50/50 JV has been awarded the first contract in Sochi for the construction of a terminal complex at Adler International Airport.

Total constructed area will be 63 000 sqm with total project value of €62 million.

The work will be completed by the first quarter of 2009.

It was assumed as one of the very first projects as a part of the preparation for the Olympic Games 2014 in Sochi.

In April 2008, we have signed a contract to construct the biggest project in downtown St. Petersburg:


In April 2008, a new contract has been signed by Renaissance Construction for the construction of Ligovsky Galleria in St. Petersburg.

Around $250 million project is one of the largest projects in St. Petersburg.

This shopping mall will be located next to the Moscow railway station, economical and historical heart of the city. Total closed area for the turnkey design-build project will be close to 200 000 sqm, of which 90 000 sqm will be dedicated to Retail, with more than 200 shops of all sizes, and approximately 50 000 sqm to underground parking facilities.

The Mall will be completed by the first quarter of 2010.

Great year end for Renaissance Construction. Renaissance Construction signed 4 new contracts with total contract value of $800 million in November and December 2007.

Renaissance Construction have made a year-end attack and have signed 4 new contracts for approximately over USD 800 million in November and December 2007. Brief information about the projects are below:

Renaissance Construction signed a new contract in November 2007 for construction of SBS Shopping Centre and an Autopark in Krasnodar. This is another fast track project which will be built on turnkey design-build basis. The Shopping Centre will have a total closed area of 55 000 sqm and will consist of anchor tenants, many retail units, restaurants and cafes. The centre will be completed in the first quarter of 2009. The Autopark with 44000 sqm closed area and will be completed by August 2008.

Renaissance Construction signed a new contract in early December 2007 for construction of Volvo Truck Assembly Plant at Sekiotovo village, Kaluga Region. The Centre will be 15 months turnkey design-build project. The Plant will have a total closed Area -approx. 60 000 sqm, including Production Building, Office Building, Technical Buildings, Covered Areas. The Plant will be completed by the first quarter of 2009.

Renaissance Construction signed a new contract in late December 2007 for construction of OZ Shopping and Leisure center in Krasnodar. The Centre will be fast track, turnkey design-build project (total closed area approx. 208 000 sqm). The Centre will have: One hypermarket, One large anchor tenant, Six medium size units, Multiplex cinema, Leisure complex, Food Court Cafes and restaurants and other 150 retail units of varying size. The mall will provide a mix of uses with a strong emphasis on fashion and offer a wide range of shops and stores operated by local and international retailers. The centre will be completed by the second quarter of 2009.

Renaissance Construction signed a new contract before Christmas on December 21, 2007 for construction of a Shopping and Business Center "Russia" at Voronezh, Koltsovskaya 35. The Centre will be 24 months turnkey design-build project total closed area approx 133 000 sqm, including Carpark, Shopping Center, Reconstruction of Existing Shopping Center, Administration Building. The Centre will be complete by the end of 2009 before New Year.

Another OZ Shopping Mall will be constructed by Renaissance Construction in Saratov under Contract signed in December 2007. As in the case of OZ Center in Krasnodar, current scope of work is limited to the site preparation works. After finishing this first part of the work new contract will be signed for constructing the turnkey design-build project till October 2008 (total closed area 149 275 sqm). The Centre will consist of: Hypermarket, cinema, ice-rink, food-court, and entertainment areas.

Renaissance Construction has signed a contract for 7th shopping center project with the same client

In December Renaissance Construction signed a new contract for construction of Family Shopping Center in Adygea.
The new mall will be fast track, turn-key design-build project (total area over 260,000 sqm), with approximately 130,000 sqm of family-friendly retail space including a mall, furniture store, a hypermarket and Leroy Merlin, an under-complex car park area (appr.135,000 sqm). There will appear not only shops, but also an ice-rink, a food-court and children's play areas. Landscaping of about 160 000 sqm. The shopping centers will have roughly 150 stores and will be completed in the first quarter of 2008.
For the time being Renaissance Construction is carrying out 7 similar mega projects for the same Client.

Renaissance Construction Signs Two New Contracts in St-Pete and Moscow

A 67.000 sqm shopping center for R.E. Company MAKROMIR, intersection of Dalnevostochny Prospekt and Kollontai Street in St-Petersburg. A two building development (respectfully 41,500 sqm and 25,500 sqm), one section at a time to be commissioned in December 2007 and January 2008. Important anchor tenants are French DIY, sportswear retailer Sportmaster, boutique gallery, 8-hall multiplex, restaurants, and night club.

In Moscow - The second part of Family Shopping Center Belaya Dacha comprising some 200 000 square meters of retail and entertainment space will incorporate an OBI DIY-format store, a French sports good retailer, Bowling Center, Cinema, and a 90,000 sqm under-complex car park. Landscaping works of 60,000 sqm total. Scheduled for completion October 2007.

Renaissance Construction to Build the First European Level Malls in the Regions.

In July Renaissance Construction signed 2 new contracts for construction of family shopping centers in Novosibirsk and in Aksai district of Rostov region.
The new malls in Novosibirsk and Rostov-Don will be fast track, turn-key design-build projects (total area over 500,000 sqm), both with approximately 130,000 sqm of family-friendly retail space including a mall, a furniture store, a hypermarket and DIY, an under-complex car park area (appr.130,000 sqm). There will appear not only shops, but also an ice-rink, a food-court and children's play areas. Landscaping of about 254,000 sqm and 227 000 sqm accordingly.
The shopping centers will have roughly 150 stores and when completed in autumn 2007, are set to become the regions' largest malls. The family shopping and leisure centers of this format will be the first to offer a convenient combination of shopping and entertainment for local residents, providing its customers with basically new options for home improvement.
For the time being Renaissance Construction is carrying out 5 similar mega projects for the same Client.

MAY 2006

Renaissance Construction has signed a new contract for the 2nd Phase Construction Works for the PVC Profile Manufacturing Facilities in Gshel, Moscow Oblast with the German Giant Company " Rehau Production "

First Phase green-field Construction is also completed by Renaissance Construction successfully in February 2005. The client awarded the general contractor project to Renaissance Construction. The Second Phase Construction will be a fast track, turn-key project which will be completed in 7 months by the end of year 2006 . turn-key project includes Electro-Mechanical works, Process utilities, Extension of Production Building ( approx . 7.000 sqm), a new Cold Warehouse ( approx . 13.500 sqm.), a new Heated Warehouse ( approx . 4500 sqm.), external infrastructure, roads, loading areas and landscaping works.

Renaissance Construction has signed another design-build contract with the same retailer for the construction of his second family shopping center in St-Petersburg

Family shopping center in the Parnas district will occupy 145,000 square meters. Under the contracts and investment plan of the Client, Renaissance Construction is to accomplish two projects of retail and entertainment centers, one adding another complex near the existing shop in Dybenko and another in the Parnas area by the end of 2006.

OCTOBER 2005

SECOND OKAY SHOPPING AND LEISURE center IN ST PETERSBURG

Renaissance Construction has signed the third contract with DORINDA holding for the design-build-Turn-key project of a 37,500 sqm Vyborgsky Shopping and Leisure center with hypermarket OKAY (15,300 sqm) and an underground parking garage (16,200 sqm) for 730 cars, to be built at the intersection of Vyborgskoye Schosse and Prospekt Prosveshenyia in Shuvalovo-Ozerki residential neighborhood of St-Petersburg.
Construction time 13 months, Oct'05 - Nov'06

A Luxemburg-based Dorinda Holding launched its Russian program by opening its first hypermarket Okay in St. Petersburg. Now Dorinda also acts as an investor for the development of shopping and leisure centers with its hypermarkets. The first such project of 70,000sqm was commissioned by Renaissance Construction on Primorskoye Shosse.
