Design and build turn-key contract for reconstruction of a 2,600 sqm building erected in 1895 (currently under the protection of the State Committee for Historical Monuments). Due to the design philosophy followed, the historical values of the building were preserved, while the building turned into a modern administrative facility with state-of-the-art engineering systems.
8 months construction time, 2000-2001
