Reconstruction of a 14,800 sqm historical building on Nevsky Prospect into modern office and bank premises. Foundation strengthening, building an additional floor, load bearing structure installation, roofing, historical facade restoration, fit-out. Installation of mechanical and electrical systems. The house was erected in 1834-1839 to the design of Carlo Rossi. In 1994 the building was badly damaged by the fire and the carrying structure is completely replaced by Renaissance Construction.
