Design-build turnkey project of a shopping and entertainment mall KUM (Regional Department Store) with a cinema complex on Kuibysheva street in Perm. A four-storey building includes ample retail space and multiplex cinema consisting of 9 theatres, an atrium, fountain and panoramic elevators, multilevel parking. Total area 23 445 sqm.
Construction time: 13 months, 2006- June 2007.
