Design-build project of a shopping center on M8 Road Moscow-Holmogory, Ulitsa Kalinina in the town of Yaroslavl.  Total closed construction area of the Centre is 42000 sqm. The complex will consist of Home Center section, Real Hypermarket, a shopping mall, a food court, office premises, boutiques and will have an open parking space for 1250 vehicles. Duration of construction: 14 months, 2005-2007
