Design-build project of the MAKROMIR shopping center located at the intersection of Dalnevostochny Prospekt and Kollontai Street in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. Shopping center consisting of 2 blocks of  41,500 sqm and  25,500 sqm respectfully including French DIY, sportswear shop Sportmaster, boutique gallery, 8-hall multiplex, restaurants, night club, etc. Total area is 67.000 sqm. Construction period: 2006 –2008.
