Total closed construction area is 147 000 sqm, respect to the 450 000 sqm open. The two-storey building consists of AUCHAN ( 27 000 sqm ) , OBI (16 000 sqm) , shops (82 000 sqm) , cinemas ( 8 000 sqm ) , fast food court ( 5 000 sqm ), open car parking space (130 000 sqm) and closed car parking area (125 000 sqm. The mega project is completed within a short period of time meeting the requirements of the European construction standards and quality. Construction period: 16 months, 2005-2006
