Parnas Family Shopping Center design-build turnkey project in Bugry, St-Petersburg. Two-storey building has total closed construction area of 129 155 sqm. Shopping mall with a 61 738 sqm mall area includes the anchor stores a FAMILY SHOPPING Center (27 814 sqm), AUCHAN (24 335 sqm) and OBI (15 268 sqm). Closed car parking area is 112 900 sqm and open car parking 141 500 sqm. European construction standards and quality maintained throughout the project. Construction period: 10 months, March – December 2006.
