Design-build turn-key greenfield project for a shopping complex, St Petersburg. (60,000 sqm)
Phase I includes design and build retail hypermarket OKAY. Besides retail space the hypermarket houses caf¹, photo studio, beauty salon, playground for children, laundry and dry cleaner's. This stage covers 32,000 sqm closed shopping and entertainment space and 22,000 sqm open car park area.
Phase II comprises design and build shopping and recreational center accommodating cinema, furniture shop, underground parking for 1,000 vehicles, car service station, heating center and transformer sub-station. The second stage includes 28,000 sqm shopping center and 7,500 sqm furniture shop, which are standing as ongoing works. Installation of M&E systems and landscaping works are included in the total scope of the work. 15 months construction time, 2003-2005
