The mall’s total space will be divided between a shopping gallery (52 551 sqm), anchor tenants (42 924 sqm), an ice rink, a 12 hall multiplex, restaurants, cafes, a food court, a childrens playground and other functions, total closed area of 207 630 sqm.
Prospective anchor tenants include a DIY store and a hypermarket, Carrefour, M-Video, Debenhams, OBI.
Construction period 16 months, December 2007 - April 2009.
