sqm shopping mall on Sennaya Square, including
a 3-level shopping area to accommodate
150 retail units (50-500 sqm), supermarket,
cafes and fast-food restaurants, cinemas,
a 2-level underground parking for 135
cars. Elegant shopping malls with a modern
atrium located in the very heart of St
Petersburg, A chain of fast-food restaurants
shares a common consumption zone, designed
to revitalize all those "dropping with
shopping". Numerous elevators, escalators,
staircases including two panoramic link
floors. The building is situated immediately
above a slanting metro tunnel, thus complicating
design and construction of foundation.
Wide facade stained glass system citifies
the building and makes it business-related.
Installation of state-of-the-art engineering
systems. A-class fit-out 14 months construction
