The JUNE shopping and entertainment center at Rzhevka in St-Petersburg. The focus in the design-build project of a 4-storeyed building (GBA 46 000 sqm) is on providing a mix of leisure facilities and retail, the aim of which is to create a strong identity for this destination. The center offers 15.193 sqm ample retail space, tenants include the main anchors with hypermarket Mosmart and children’s store Detsky Mir. Leisure centre comprises a Matrix cinema lounge covering 3.362 sqm consisting of five theatres, a 1.170 sqm food-court,  fitness center, bowling, playground, playrooms for children and shops. The mall is supported as well by 18.800 sqm and 10.620 sqm parking lots.
